In basic compliance training, employees and managers learn what is legally permitted – and what is not. The aim is to create a basic understanding of how legal requirements, internal guidelines and ethical standards intertwine.

In addition to the legal basics, the course also covers practical case studies from everyday working life, such as dealing with gifts, invitations, conflicts of interest and confidential information.
